SUPERBILLS / OUT-OF-NETWORK
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee up to the full session rate.
